i have white furniture, and a black and silver desk. what should i do for the wall color and bed cover color? what about decorations? ahhh! help. my house is blue and white, living room and kitchen are yellow, and my current room is green. but im going to change rooms, should i stick to green or change colors. i was thinking maybe some shade of red, or brown. no purple, blue, or yellow.

You could use pretty much any color you want. Try "color blocking", it's where you use 3 colors throughout the scheme. In your case it would be black, white, and whatever color you choose. I prefer "cool" or "clear" colors with black and white, but sometimes use beige and dark green with the black and white.Bedrooms usually need to be restful places, and color has an emotional effect. I'm leery of too much red in the bedroom, it's just a little too vibrant (& is said to cause arguments, unrest, and is bad "Feng Shui"). Your idea of brown might be good. Browns & beiges would add warmth and tone down the starkness of the black & white furniture. To keep it from being bland, add color with accessories in a bright color like red, orange, or turquoise.
