You can purchase slip covers at JCPenny's or Sears for usually less than $100.00. Or check out LTD Commodities catalogs. Go to: www.ltdcommodities.com and order a free catalog.

Many stores carry furniture covers, Bed Bath and Beyond, Linens and Things, even Wal-Mart and Target. Try to get the ones with the foam or no slip backing, the "throw" or bedspread type don't stay put at all (but are easier to wash). My first apartment with a hand-me-down, free but ugly threadbare sofa got covered up with a pretty king-sized sheet I found at a garage sale, and the ugly throw pillows got covered with coordinating standard pillow cases, that I tucked in to fit and sewed up with a basting stitch. Kind of half-a$$ed looking, but anything was better.

The new stretchy slipcovers help so you are not constantly retucking.

You can find top quality slipcovers on ebay, lots of them are the brand SureFit for way less than any store.

Ha ha! My couch and loveseat are purple so my response to you is, Why would you want to cover it? Slipcovers shift around so much that they are a total pain. If I wanted to cover my furniture, I would by some king sized flat sheets that I liked and pin them to the cushions and create a cover for the couch base, from either the same sheets or a pretty coordinating color. It takes a bit of doing and an ability to sew a bit but it can be done in a way that keeps you from always having to straighten the cover out. Good luck. (Truthfully, it really is easier to look for a different couch) Good luck! I say, redecorate around the couch! It's much easier.
